What we do.
We run small-group, in-person workshops that coach the 8 Essential Skills boys need to learn and thrive at school and beyond.
It’s hands-on. It’s built for how boys learn. And it’s all about helping them grow into capable, curious, confident young men.
Learning the 8 Essential Skills
TOOLKT is delivered in-person, once a week over ten consecutive weeks.
Across these 10 dynamic sessions – what we call missions – boys take on practical challenges that build the 8 Essential Skills. Each mission is hands-on, active, and deliberately structured to engage boys and stretch their thinking in new ways.
How Essential Skills Are Strengthened Across Missions
Rather than teaching each skill in isolation, TOOLKT intentionally weaves skills across missions to deepen understanding and make learning stick. This method helps boys retain and apply skills more effectively by challenging them to recognize patterns, make connections, and adapt strategies in different contexts.
The TOOLKT Matrix below shows how each essential skill is introduced, reinforced, and re-applied across the 10 missions.
Our 90-minute formula.
Each 90-minute TOOLKT mission blends two fast-paced, 25-minute activity blocks with warm-ups, team reviews, and hands-on learning designed to keep boys moving, thinking, and mastering practical skills.
Our Workshop Structure
TOOLKT is delivered once a week in person over 10 consecutive weeks. These 10 dynamic sessions are what we call missions.
